Nearly 15 years ago, I discovered yoga, which was mostly a yoga practice at home, which ignited a journey that has since become my passion and purpose. In 2020, I took a pivotal step, earning my yoga teacher training certification, and have been sharing my love for yoga ever since. As 2021 unfolded, I embarked on the beautiful journey of motherhood, delving into prenatal yoga and certifications. Now, residing in Germany with the gift of extended parental leave, I am devoted to supporting fellow mothers in finding moments of peace -through a guided meditation- and rejuvenation amid the whirlwind of busy lives. The first time I did yoga I hated it, thought it was too slow, and it took time before I found my way back to the practice, and making a yoga practice at home helped me see different sides of yoga, from home and privately. Fast forward to the present, where the demands of motherhood leave me with scarce moments for self-care. Amidst the chaos, I discovered the transformative power of just 10 minutes in the morning or 10 minutes at night or even a guided meditation. These small pockets of time became my lifeline, infusing my days with renewed energy, positivity, and resilience. The ripple effect of these moments extends far beyond myself, shaping my interactions with family and friends. It's my heartfelt wish that other parents, too, can savor these brief respites and experience the profound impact they can have on their lives.
