If you have been following my journey for a while, I shared a blog post about taking a day off from being a mom. Now have been making myself take some metime every week and I highly recommend it for people who need a break, especially mamas! This online retreat is meant to give you some days fo relaxation even during your busy life, and without leaving home! I have prepared some classes, you have the flexibility to complete the classes in any sequence, though I suggest following the order presented below for optimal flow (more details here). Meditations can be practiced at your convenience, ideally following a yoga session. Remember to be mindful of your food choices over the next few days and stay hydrated. If you have any health conditions or restrictions, please consult your doctor and listen to your body. I hope you enjoy this at home retreat, and maybe next time we meet in person!
Fire Series. This video is meant to be done after a good night sleep, and on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning of the first day of your Retreat
Enjoy a restorative yoga flow. This video is meant to be done on the first night of your 3 day Retreat to start you off with a good night of sleep.
In the second morning of your Retreat, this 45 minute yoga flow will make you sweat your toxins away.
This relaxing flow will help you sleep and replenish on your second night of your Retreat.
On your last day of the Retreat, this flow will leave you feeling energised and healthy.
