We will embark on a healing journey, with a ultimate goal of loving ourselves better. With yoga we will work on physically releasing feelings of stress and guilt accompanied by guided meditations. At the end of this retreat, we hope to awaken a curiosity in you, to work on your self-love and self-care.
If you have been following my journey for a while, I shared a blog post about taking a day off from being a mom. Now have been making myself take some metime every week and I highly recommend it for people who need a break, especially mamas! This online retreat is meant to give you some days fo relaxation even during your busy life, and without leaving home! I have prepared some classes, you have the flexibility to complete the classes in any sequence, though I suggest following the order presented below for optimal flow (more details here). Meditations can be practiced at your convenience, ideally following a yoga session. Remember to be mindful of your food choices over the next few days and stay hydrated. If you have any health conditions or restrictions, please consult your doctor and listen to your body. I hope you enjoy this at home retreat, and maybe next time we meet in person!
